Who handles your data
The data you give us on this site is handled by Mindset Coffee (Plaza Centroamérica, first floor, module 107, Managua, Nicaragua) and EMOV Studio, which builds and runs the site and the Coffee Run Party sign-up. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you sign up for the Coffee Run Party: first name, last name, sex, phone number, email, date of birth, the language of the page you signed up on and the date you signed up. The site uses no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare's analytics, which uses no cookies and only counts visits in aggregate.
What we use it for
To run the Coffee Run Party: give you a bib number and a category, publish results and tell you about changes to the event. Also to contact you with news and promotions from Mindset Coffee and the Coffee Run Party, to send you something on your birthday, and for internal statistics about the editions.
What may be public
Your first and last name may appear in the list of runners on the event page and, with your position, time and category, in the results. Your phone, email and date of birth are never published. Photos and videos are taken during the event and may be posted on Mindset Coffee's social media.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. It is stored with Cloudflare, the provider that hosts the site and the database. We would only share it with authorities when the law requires it.
Where it is kept and for how long
On Cloudflare's servers, with access limited to Mindset Coffee and EMOV Studio. We keep it while the Coffee Run Party keeps running, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving promotions, by writing to [email protected]. We reply as soon as we can. We handle your data under the laws of Nicaragua.
Minors
Anyone can sign up. If you are under 18, sign up with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date.
